ArmorPile™ offers a range of Marine Pile benefits and solutions.  UHMWPE offers high elongation of 250% bending to support pile impact and working loads and bending.  UHMWPE surface offers a low friction coeficient of 10% of steel resulting in low wear and improved sliding performance where fenders and pile gates are required.

ArmorPile™ can be used as fender piles, mooring piles, load-bearing wharf piles, and dolphin piles. ArmorPile™ can also be mobilized as a replacement or maintenance where existing piles have deteriorated or are at end of life, and can be placed overtop of the existing pile within a pile gate enevelop entoming the redundant pile.
